Redesigned Moderna’s Supplier Quality Management process by integrating Veeva-based digital solutions, risk-based quality agreements, and supplier KPIs — strengthening oversight, alignment, and continuous improvement across the supply base.
HOW WE HELPED
- Led the complete revamp of the Supplier Quality Management Process
- Defined the strategy, developed the communication plan, and conducted Value Stream Mapping of the current state
- Collected and analyzed Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Business (VoB) to assess gaps, pain points, and existing mitigation strategies
- Identified key process enablers and defined Veeva digital enablers to support the future TO-BE state
- Developed the future state design, along with an implementation roadmap and milestone-based progress reports
- Redesigned Quality Agreements and tailored requirements based on the criticality of suppliers
