HOW WE HELPED
- Led the complete revamp of the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) Process
- Designed the strategy, developed the communication plan, and conducted Value Stream Mapping of the current state
- Collected and analyzed Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Business (VoB) to assess gaps, pain points, and existing mitigation strategies
- Identified key process enablers and defined Veeva digital enablers to support the future TO-BE state
- Developed the future state design, along with an implementation roadmap and milestone-based progress reports
- Improved supplier response turnaround time by 50% through proactive engagement, timely return of materials for investigation, and enhanced follow-up practices
- Reduced the number of open SCARs by 40% by streamlining supplier communication and expectations
